This policy explains what details Funding Desk (keiritech.com/funding-desk) collects, why, and what you can do about it. Keiri Tech is not a lender; we help you find and approach the right bank, NBFC or insurer.
What we collect
- Mobile number and name – when you verify your number with a one-time code before seeing loan options or surety bond results.
- The figures you enter – loan amount, turnover, income, credit score range and similar details for each check you run.
- Google account details, only if you choose “Continue with Google” – your name, email address and profile picture as shared by Google. We never see your Google password.
- Network address and device type, when you choose “Continue with Google” – your IP address, the approximate city it points to, and the browser and device used, so that we can route your enquiry to the right team.
- Enquiry details – email, city and message, when you ask our panel for help or a quote.
- Basic usage – the page you came from and the time of your visit. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To show you loan and surety bond options and remember your past checks.
- To contact you about your funding or surety bond requirement – by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To improve Funding Desk and keep it free of misuse.
We do not sell your details. We do not share them with any bank, NBFC or insurer without asking you first.
Where it is stored
Your details are stored on Google Firebase (Google Cloud) servers and are accessible only to the Keiri Tech team who handle enquiries. Phone verification and Google sign-in are provided by Google.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your enquiry is active and for up to three years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices
- You can see, correct or delete your details at any time – write to Business@keiritech.com or call +91 87968 91299.
- You can withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time; we will stop contacting you.
- You can remove Keiri Tech’s access to your Google account from your Google Account settings under “Third-party apps and services”.
