← Home CMA Data Project report and CMA data for bank loans, in the bank's format
Project: New project
Start
Answer the questions a CMA preparer would ask - the business, its audited figures, the proposal, the project cost and funding, the loan terms, how the business runs and its working-capital cycle, the documents in hand. You get a preliminary assessment the way a banker reads it, and the CMA data (Forms I to VII) is prepared with your figures, with every statement tied and every figure explained.

How to use
Start: answer the questions - business details, new or existing business, the audited statements, the cost of the project and how it runs.
Documents: upload the audited balance sheet and profit and loss (PDF). The reader pulls the figures out and shows the page each one came from. Scanned copies are read by OCR in the browser (slower).
Inputs: check the audited figures (shaded cells were read from a document), the cost of project, means of finance, loan terms, sales, costs and the working-capital cycle.
Calculate: the CMA data is built - Form I limits, Form II operating statement, Form III balance sheet, Form IV current assets and liabilities, Form V MPBF, Form VI fund flow, Form VII ratios - with the term-loan schedule, DSCR, sensitivity and the checks a bank applies.
Download Excel to get every form as a sheet in the bank layout, or Save to keep the project online.
Documents
Upload the audited financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss, with schedules) as PDF or Excel, one file per year or one file with all years. For exact figures, download the Excel template, fill it and upload it back; any other workbook is read by matching the account names. Nothing is uploaded to a server; the files are read in your browser.
Inputs
Rates in per cent, amounts in Rs lakh. Shaded cells were read from a document. Lists are comma separated.
